This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made through FargoTravels.com — including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, trains and vacation packages. Because we book travel on your behalf, refunds and changes ultimately depend on the rules of the airline, hotel, cruise line, rental company, rail operator or other supplier providing your booking.

Supplier rules apply

Every booking is sold under the rules of the airline or other travel supplier. Some are fully refundable, some allow changes for a fee, and some are non-refundable. We will clearly explain the applicable rules before you confirm your booking.

How to request a change or cancellation

Refunds

When a booking qualifies for a refund, the refundable amount is determined by the supplier's rules and may be reduced by supplier penalties and any applicable service fees. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on the supplier and your card issuer.

Service fees

A service fee may apply to bookings, changes and cancellations to cover the cost of arranging and processing your travel. Any such fee will be disclosed before you agree to it.

Non-refundable bookings

Where a booking is non-refundable, the supplier may still allow the value to be applied toward future travel, subject to its rules. We will help you understand and use any available options.
